If you like eating pasta and the ever popular spaghetti and meatballs, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t learn how to make it from scratch. Basic pasta dough ingredients include eggs, flour, oil and salt. I use the 1:1:1:1 ratio but you can make up your own or follow a trusted recipe, but for easy recall it’s 1 egg for every 1 cup of flout, 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 pinch of salt.
